South Florida’s Best Computer Coding & Robotics Camp for Kids.

ENTER TO WIN A FREE CODING WORKSHOP

Kids Learn to Code with Minecraft, Create and Play Games, Build Robots, Program Drones, Experience Virtual Reality!

Your child will have the fun at the best Coding & Robotics summer camp & learn one of the most valuable skills in the world today… computer coding!

Whether your kids want to start by learning with blocks or code all on their own, they will come out prepared to advance their programming skills.

CodeKids campers will get an introduction to robotics that presents the basic components of robots (sense, think, act) in a fun, hands-on and experiential way.

We provide personalized instruction & hands-on learning. Not a daycare or pass-the-time type of camp, our camps are an immersion into coding and computer programing.

Summer ends, doesn’t mean the fun has to end…

We built this program because we are parents too, and we didn’t want our kids missing out on important activities that would not only be fun, but also enhance their academic progress.  After so many request from parents to go beyond our summer camps, we are now accepting enrolling for winter break, spring break and the 2017 summer break.

What Do CodeKids Learn at Camp?

A typical day will include instructor discussions with the students about how to plan development, concepts around development, and careers related to it.

The Fundamentals of Coding

Even if your child never becomes a programmer, understanding coding will be critical to their future.

Problem Solving and Logic Skills

Programming is logical, it helps the mind focus analytically on problems and creates concentration skills.

Team, Math, English

Whatever your child’s grade level, coding improves math and English skills and naturally creates a teamwork ethic.

Curriculum Overview

LEARN COMPUTER SCIENCE

Where else can your child go to build the computer from scratch, while learning how it all works – only CodeKids! Programming is logical, it helps the mind focus analytically on problems and creates concentration skills. Children won’t just learn how to code, they will learn how to think. The skills they receive will empower them to excel in their STEM subjects.

LEARN WITH MINECRAFT

Kids will learn to love coding while they play their favorite game. We incorporate common core curriculum with project based lesson plans to guide our campers in learning, all while having fun! Design your own mods, texture packs, and schematics. Share your creations with the Minecraft community.

CREATE YOUR OWN GAMES

We will take your child through the first week of orientation of computer and game concepts. If they decide to stay on for following weeks, they will spend the week programming their own game. At the end of the course, they will have created their own games to share with friends and family on Android or Iphone!

WEBSITE DESIGN AND MARKETING

We will take your child through the first week of orientation of computer and game concepts. If they decide to stay on for following weeks, they will design and build their own website. We will teach them aspects of the development process, design, project management, writing composition and marketing their product or service!

LEGO MINDSTORM

Programming has never been so fun, with Lego Robotics kids work in teams to complete objectives all while learning about electronics and A.I.

PROGRAM A DRONE

Not only do CodeKids get to learn on Lego Robots, they also get to learn all about programming drones in teams. With Parrot Drones kids gain knowledge of the basic physics of angles and speed, along with math and methodology. Teams will have objectives that will require them to work together to succeed in puzzles of fun!

ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

Our Robotics Course is intended to let creativity run wild as kids can learn to think outside of the box to complete objectives. Kids get to create a different robot with a different function every single day of camp!

IMAGINE, CREATE, INSPIRE

Inspire a love of learning through play. Cubelets are robot blocks that make it fast and easy to engage children as young as four in learning by building robots. There’s no wrong way to build with Cubelets, so it is remarkably easy to transform these blocks into brilliant bundles of robotic curiosity

MAKE ROBOTS WITH MAGNETS

You don’t need to know how to code or wire to construct robots with Cubelets. Snap the robot blocks together and the magnetic faces do the rest. Every unique arrangement is a new robot with novel behaviors emerging from the construction. Invention made easy.

BUILD WITH BLOCKS

Builders rejoice! Cubelets Brick Adapters let you pair with Lego® and other brick-based constructions to add new levels of detail and artistry to your robots

An Investment in Your Child’s Future.

Education should prepare young people for jobs that do not yet exist, using technologies that have not yet been invented, to solve problems of which we are not yet aware.
